Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

 

We value your time and trust. We aim to be transparent and flexible wherever possible, while ensuring smooth processing and timely deliveries. Please review our cancellation and order update policy below:

 


 

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

 

An order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once tracking details have been generated with our delivery partner, the order is considered dispatched and no longer eligible for cancellation.

For customized or made-to-order products, cancellation requests are accepted only within two (2) business days from the date of purchase.

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within two business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

Prepaid Order Refunds

 

If a prepaid order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the entire amount will be refunded. The amount will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

 


 

Modifications to an Existing Order

 

We understand that minor changes might be needed after an order is placed. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can assist with:

 

  • Address corrections

  • Size adjustments

Please contact us promptly via WhatsApp or email with your request. Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the shipment has been prepared or tracking information is live.

 


 

Refusal of Delivery

 

If an order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a cancellation. Once the product is returned to our warehouse and passes a quality check, a refund will be initiated for non-customized items.

Please note: any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

 


 

Cancelling an Exchange Request
