What Happens Next
- Once your return request is submitted, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
- Your item will be safely returned to our facility for a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, tags intact, and original packaging).
- After the quality check is cleared, we’ll process your return—this could be a refund, store credit, or exchange depending on your selection.
Timeline
The entire return process—pickup to refund—typically takes 7 to 10 days.
You’ll receive timely updates at every stage on your registered email and mobile number, so you’re always in the loop.
Return Policy for International Orders
At TheUlluu, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. We encourage our international customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

Return Policies for Items Bought in Sale

Returns: Products purchased during promotional events or discounted sales must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for such items will be issued as a TheUlluu Gift Card, redeemable on future purchases.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for different sizes of the same style.

Size Exchange
If you need to exchange the size for your product, select Size Exchange and enter the new size you want.
Refund to the Bank Account
If you wish to return an item and prefer a refund to your bank account, you can choose the ‘Refund to Bank Account’ option while initiating your return.
For Online Payments (Card/UPI/Net Banking):

The refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds for COD purchases will be issued via NEFT bank transfer.

You’ll be required to enter your bank account details during the return process.

Please note: COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and passed our Quality Check.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate bank details. TheUlluu is not liable for any delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete bank information.

Refunds can only be made to a bank account in the name of the original customer. Third-party refunds are not allowed.

In certain cases, special promotional offers may come with their own return/refund conditions, which will override the general policy.

Your items will be eligible for returns if they fulfill the following conditions:

Without any smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder

Discount Coupon Refund Terms & Conditions
When you return an item purchased using a discount coupon, your refund will include the original amount paid for the item, along with an additional 10% value issued as a special coupon.
Key Terms:

Minimum Purchase Requirement:
To redeem the coupon, your cart value must be equal to or greater than the coupon amount. -
One-Time Use Only:
The coupon is valid for a single use and must be redeemed in one transaction. -
No Expiry Date:
The coupon does not expire and can be used at your convenience. -
In Case of Return:
If an order placed using the coupon is returned, you’ll receive a refund for the original item value only.
The extra 10% coupon value is non-refundable and will not be reissued.
