Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India, unless stated otherwise during special promotions or sales.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5–7 working days.
Kindly note that custom or made-to-order items may take additional time to process. We'll update you every step of the way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.
If you need assistance tracking your package, don't hesitate to contact us.
Missed Deliveries
If the courier partner attempts delivery three times without success, the order will be returned to our warehouse and automatically canceled.
For prepaid orders, a lifetime-valid gift card equivalent to the order value will be emailed to your registered address. Refunds are not processed to the original payment method.
Express Delivery Requests

If you require express delivery, please email or WhatsApp us with your request. Depending on your location and required timeline, additional express delivery charges may apply.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We can ship to multiple addresses — simply share the required addresses with us before your order is dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, we may only accommodate address changes within the same PIN code and state.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations, including the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Singapore.
